Welcome to SummerFall Tap Cocktails, Japan’s first tap cocktail bar! We craft around 20 experimental cocktails in-house, all hand-made by our craft team. Our mission is simple: bring Japanese craft to the world and democratize cocktails. We aim for top-quality craft while keeping things playful, with cocktails inspired by Japanese flavors and ingredients. Every month we create new seasonal cocktails and collaborations, so there’s always something new to discover each time you visit.
